Amazonia Lot 92, brings together the controversial positions on natural resources such as oil. Lot 192, is the biggest oil reserve in Peru, and the documentary unfolds the unknown side of the oil bidding procedures. Amazonia Lot 192 covers the perspectives of the Peruvian government, the international petroleum companies and the Achuar community leaders that inhabit the exploitation region, including agreements and disagreements during the Prior Consultation Procedure. This microcosm would reveal the financial interests behind the “Black Gold”, not just in Peru but worldwide as well.
